assured of my help in the matter, he had agreed to certain terms and conditions, specified in writing, that would govern any article that he would write about the activities of the Foundation or myself. The essentials of these necessities were two:
First: His account of the activities of the Foundation and myself were to show how the principles of democracy and education are put into practice in our work.
Second: The terms and conditions as to the approval of the article before submitting it for publication, were also specifically stated in writing.
The evidence that the author of the articles agreed to both of these conditions before he was granted access to my files, is in proper legal form. So, also, is the evidence that he violated that agreement in both of its aspects, and that he had no legal or moral right to sell the articles to The Post.
